The exchange and mutual learning among civilizations serve as a significant impetus in advancing the progress of human civilization and the peaceful development of the world. In the new era, it has been endowed with the noble mission of building a community with a shared future for mankind. This process takes the inheritance and innovation of civilization as its cornerstone. Through institutionalized and multi-tiered peopleto-people exchanges and cooperation, it fosters mutual understanding and affinity among peoples of all nations,thereby solidifying the social foundation for a community with a shared future for mankind. During this process, sustained and profound cross-cultural dialogue can distill and promote the shared values of peace, development, equity, justice, democracy and freedom for all humanity, establish value-based guidelines for the international community to forge consensus and address global challenges, and guide the transformation of the global governance system toward greater fairness and rationality. The civilization concept characterized by equality,mutual learning, dialogue and inclusiveness has been progressively internalized as norms governing international interactions, thereby fostering the establishment of a new paradigm of international relations marked by mutual respect, equity, justice and win-win cooperation, and refining the regulatory framework for a community with a shared future for mankind.
