The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China highlighted the political construction of the party for the first time, which emphasized putting the political construction of the party in the first place. This is not only a profound summary of the CPC's historical experience, but also an inherent requirement of Marxist political party and a real requirement of Party's Construction in the New Era. The Party's political construction has profound scientific connotations which needs to be carefully analyzed and accurately grasped.
